Pet Maya is a comprehensive pet care platform offering:

• Veterinary appointment scheduling, directory, and telehealth records.
• AI-assisted preliminary pet health analysis (informational only, not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis).
• Pet community feeds, sharing, interactions, and direct messaging.
• Pet marketplace, grooming, and boarding directory.
• Pet health reminders, vaccine tracking, and notification services.

3. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer

The AI health scanning tools and community content provided in Pet Maya are for educational and preliminary informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal medical diagnosis or emergency treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet's medical condition.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your email and Google Sign-In authorizations. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Community Guidelines

When participating in the Pet Maya community feed and chat services, users agree not to post abusive, hateful, defamatory, or harmful content, or promote animal cruelty or illegal pet trade. Pet Maya reserves the right to suspend or remove any account violating these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pet Maya, VertexHand, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or services booked through independent third-party veterinarians.
