We collect information you provide directly to us when you create a pet profile, upload photos for the AI Health Scanner, or book a service. This includes your name, email, phone number, and detailed pet records (breed, medical history, age).
Images uploaded to the AI Health Scanner are processed using GPT-4o Vision to provide professional diagnostic insights. These images are transmitted securely via encrypted channels. We strictly do not use these images for advertising or third-party tracking.
The app requests high-accuracy location access to assist you in finding nearby verified veterinarians. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently on our servers once the session ends.
We implement enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption via Firebase to safeguard your account. All data synchronization occurs over secure TLS protocols, ensuring your pet's medical records are private and backed up in real-time.
At Pet Maya, you have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data (including pet profiles, medical records, and posts), please follow these steps:
1. In-App: Go to Profile -> Edit Profile -> Delete Account.
2. Via Email: Send a request to siradive137@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Upon request, all your personal information and pet data will be permanently purged from our Firebase servers within 30 days.
